The Pokémon Center Hiroshima Special Box is a strictly limited special edition that was released in 2025 for the reopening of the Pokémon Center Hiroshima. This exclusive set combines the iconic Pokémon Pikachu and Gyarados in a festive Japanese design and was only available through a lottery system at the official Pokémon Center Online Japan – never through regular retail. A true highlight for collectors worldwide.

At its heart is the coveted "Hiroshima's Pikachu" promo card, which features Pikachu riding a shiny Gyarados, surrounded by sports-loving Pokémon – an homage to the Koi carp as a symbol of Hiroshima and the Mazda Stadium. The packaging itself also features local motifs such as Okonomiyaki, Momiji-Manjū, and balloons from the stadium.
